Appearance
Eli reminded Ky of Bram. He has darker skin and bright eyes. His hair is cut short, but Ky thinks it would have been curly had it not been cut.
Biography
Eli's family is dead. He is from Central where his parents died in a medical center after becoming sick with the Plague. He was sent away because he wasn't a citizen.
