Appearance

Laney has long, black hair. Her eyes are true black. She is a little bit older than Xander. She does not have the red mark that signifies you are safe from the Plague mutation.

Biography

Laney's family believed in the Pilot. Xander thinks she is approximately 21 years old because she has said she celebrated her Marriage Contract. She has always said that her spouse was stationed at the edge of the borders in the Army.

Laney was classified as an anomaly. She worked at the army base that Vick lived at. She enjoyed fishing at the stream. The day that Vick saw the rainbow trout, he asked her parents if he could Contract with her and they agreed. Two weeks later he found out the Officials were coming for them, and he tried to reach her and her family but they left.

Her parents gave everything they had to buy her a new set of falsified Society data. She reversed her name so that it was now Nea Lei.
